MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF RESIN PANEL
To provide a mounting structure of a resin panel which can suppress a load from a vehicle body side to a thermally expanding/shrinking resin panel, and can achieve improvement of a work for mounting the resin panel to the vehicle body.SOLUTION: A mounting structure includes a mounting frame 41 and a cut-off member 40. The mounting frame 41 is fixed to a vehicle body 3. The mounting frame 41 mounts a roof panel 5 to a vehicle body 3 while surrounding the roof panel 5 from the outer peripheral side. The mounting frame 41 has first to third walls 411 to 413. The cut-off member 40 has first and second cut-off members 43 and 45. The first cut-off member 43 is fixed to the first wall 411, and is brought into contact with a second rear face 53a of the roof panel 5. The second cut-off member 45 is fixed to the second wall 412, and is brought into contact with the first surface 51b of the roof panel 5. The first cut-off member 43 and the second rear face 53a are not bonded to each other, and the second cut-off member 45 and the first surface 51b are not bonded to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】熱伸縮する樹脂パネルに対する車体側からの荷重を抑制可能であるとともに、車体に対する樹脂パネルの取付作業の向上を実現可能な樹脂パネルの取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の取付構造は、取付フレーム４１と止水部材４０とを備えている。取付フレーム４１は、車体３に固定されている。取付フレーム４１は、ルーフパネル５を外周側から囲包しつつ車体３にルーフパネル５を取り付ける。取付フレーム４１は、第１〜３壁４１１〜４１３を有している。止水部材４０は、第１、２止水部材４３、４５を有している。第１止水部材４３は、第１壁４１１に固定されており、ルーフパネル５の第２裏面５３ａに当接する。第２止水部材４５は、第２壁４１２に固定されており、ルーフパネル５の第１表面５１ｂに当接する。第１止水部材４３と第２裏面５３ａとは非接着とされており、第２止水部材４５と第１表面５１ｂとは非接着とされている。【選択図】図２
