To provide: a coating material for fire prevention which has good fire resistance performance and can prevent fire from spreading even when being exposed to high temperature of 600°C-800°C at fire occurrence; and a coating material for degradation prevention which can prevent degradation due to oxidation of concrete such as foundation of a housing.SOLUTION: There are provided: a coating material for fire prevention having performance of blocking high heat conduction and high air tight performance in which a composition containing sodium silicate or a phenol resin as a base material, and being kneaded with one or several kinds of a glass balloon, a shirasu balloon, non-combustible wood flour and aluminum powder is coated to a foam urethane material, a foam styrene material or the like; and a coating material for degradation prevention due to oxidation in which the above-mentioned composition is coated to concrete, a concrete block or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】火災発生時の６００℃から８００℃もの高温に晒されても、耐火性能が良好で延焼を防ぐことができる、火災防止用塗料の提供。又、住宅の基礎等のコンクリートの酸化による劣化を防ぐことができる劣化防止用塗料の提供。【解決手段】ケイ酸ナトリウム又はフェノール樹脂を基材とし、ガラスバルーン、シラスバルーン、不燃性木粉、アルミ粉を１種類又は数種類混練した組成物を、発泡ウレタン材及び発泡スチレン材等に塗布した、高熱の伝導を遮断する性能及び高い気密性能を有する、火災防止用の塗料。及び、前記組成物をコンクリート、コンクリートブロック等に塗布した、酸化による劣化防止用の塗料。【選択図】なし
