ASSEMBLED SLEEVE GROUT TRAINING DEVICE
To provide a training device consisting of an assembled sleeve grout for confirming whether grout material is properly filled.SOLUTION: In order to facilitate confirmation of grouting, a grout sleeve is designed by dividing the grout sleeve into two parts of a first sleeve 4 and a second sleeve 5. Then, a training apparatus main body 2 and a divided block 6, to which the first sleeve 4 and the second sleeve 5 are respectively attached, are designed to form one grout sleeve by overlapping two of the training apparatus main body and the divided block facing each other. Further, when it is verified whether grout material is properly filled, the second sleeve 5 is designed to be removably attached to the divider block 6 such that the second sleeve 5 is removed from the divider block 6 and the hardened grout material is exposed and verified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】グラウト材が適切に充填されているかを確認するための、組立式のグラウトスリーブからなる訓練装置を提供する。【解決手段】グラウチングの確認を容易にするため、グラウトスリーブを第１スリーブ４と第２スリーブ５の２つに分割して設計している。そして、この第１スリーブ４と第２スリーブ５をそれぞれ取り付けた訓練装置本体２と分割ブロック６を、２つ向かい合わせに重ねることで、１つのグラウトスリーブになるように設計している。さらに、グラウト材が適切に充填されているかを確認する時には、分割ブロック６から第２スリーブ５を外して、硬化したグラウト材を露出させて確認を行うことができるように、第２スリーブ５を、分割ブロック６から脱着可能に取り付けるように設計している。【選択図】図３
