To provide a mounting structure of wall mounting member capable of suppressing looseness of a wall mounting member, and to provide a bathroom.SOLUTION: A mounting structure 14 of wall mounting member which mounts a wall mounting member 20 on a surface side of a wall 11 of a bathroom 10 by using a screw 50 includes: a reinforcement member 30 arranged on a rear side of the wall 11; and a sleeve 40 fitted inside a wall through-hole 16 formed in the wall 11 in a penetrating manner. The screw 50 penetrates a member through-hole 22, the sleeve 40 and the wall through-hole 16 formed at the wall mounting member 20, and is fastened to the reinforcement member 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
