COLUMN BASE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT METHOD, AND COLUMN BASE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
To provide a column base height adjustment method and a column base height adjustment device capable of easily performing a lifting work of a column base at a desired time without requiring cost and labor.SOLUTION: A column base height adjustment method of this invention lifts a column base which is disposed on an existing interposed portion and is movably connected with a foundation portion and the existing interposed portion provided on the foundation portion along an anchor bolt. The column base height adjustment method comprises: an engaging step of making a screw member engage respectively with a plurality of screw holes of a pedestal connected with a lower end of the column base, the screw holes being disposed outside the existing interposed portion in plan view; a lifting step of, after rotating each screw member around its axis to move each screw member with respect to the screw hole and to make its lower end be in contact with the foundation portion, and further by rotating each screw member around its axis in a state where the lower end is in contact with the foundation portion to upwardly move the pedestal and the column base with respect to the existing interposed portion; and a newly constructing step of providing a new interposed portion between the lifted pedestal and the existing interposed portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コストおよび手間をかけずに所望の時に柱脚の上昇作業を行い易くなる柱脚高さ調整方法および柱脚高さ調整装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の柱脚高さ調整方法は、基礎部および基礎部上に設けられた既設介在部にアンカーボルトに沿って移動可能に接続されると共に、既設介在部上に配置された柱脚を上昇させる方法であって、柱脚の下端に接続された台座の複数のねじ穴であって平面視で既設介在部の外側に配置された複数のねじ穴にそれぞれねじ部材を噛合させる噛合工程と、各ねじ部材をその軸回りに回転させることで各ねじ部材をねじ穴に対して移動させてその下端を基礎部に当接させた後、下端が基礎部に当接した状態で各ねじ部材をその軸回りにさらに回転させることで台座および柱脚を既設介在部に対して上方に移動させる上昇工程と、上昇された台座と既設介在部との間に新規介在部を設ける新設工程とを備える。【選択図】図1
