According to this invention, refractory bricks can be automatically produced, a large difference does not come out in the produced bricks, further, the hardening of raw material caused by time intervals from a step to a step can be avoided during the production of raw material, a power mechanism stirs the raw material for preventing the hardening of the raw material, simultaneously, the raw material for production is uniformly and intermittently poured into a mold box, the mold box is fed into a firing space by a transmission mechanism and performs firing, and a pressure mechanism pressurizes the bricks to increase the firing effect of the bricks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本願は耐火レンガに対する高圧成形と高温焼成を行う製造設備を開示した。【解決手段】本願発明の耐火レンガに対する高圧成形と高温焼成を行う製造設備は、本体を含み、前記本体の中には撹拌空間が設置され、前記撹拌空間の上側には上方に開口した原料入口が前記撹拌空間と連通になるように設置され、本願発明は自動的に耐火レンガを製造でき、製造したレンガに大きな違いが出てこなく、また、原料を製造する中で工程から工程への時間間隔による原料の硬化を避けられ、動力機構が原料の硬化を防止するために原料を撹拌すると同時に、金型箱の中に製造用原料を均一に且つ断続的に注ぎ、金型箱が伝動機構によって焼成空間の中に送られて焼成を行い、圧力機構がレンガを加圧することで、レンガの焼成効果を上げられる。【選択図】図1
