The silicone resin has a weight average molecular weight of 1000 or more and comprises M unit (R1R2R3SiO1/2) and Q unit (SiO4/2) (where R is a hydrophobic group). 【課題】 洗浄作業により、床面の洗浄とともに、床面の防滑性を高めることができる床用洗浄剤を得る。【解決手段】 床用洗浄剤として、界面活性剤と、シリコーンレジンとを含むものとし、シリコーンレジンについては、重量平均分子量が１０００以上であり、且つ、Ｍ単位（Ｒ1Ｒ2Ｒ3ＳｉＯ1/2）及びＱ単位（ＳｉＯ4/2）とからなる（単位中のＲは疎水基である。）ものとすることにより、撥水性及び防滑性を発揮する皮膜を形成するものとした。【選択図】なし
