INFILTRATION TEST METHOD OF TEST SAND
To provide an infiltration test method of test sand which is highly accurate.SOLUTION: An infiltration test method of test sand S is provided which uses an infiltration test device X. The infiltration test device includes: a mold 1 in which test sand S is filled; an upper part flange 2 fixed to an upper end part of the mold; a lower part flange 3 fixed to a lower end part; a piston 4 integrated with the upper part flange 2, and inserted in an opening of the upper end part of the mold 1; an expansion rod 5 in which one end part is fixed to the upper part flange 2 and the other end part is fixed to the lower part flange 3; a chemical liquid injection line 20 and a flow meter 21; and a chemical liquid discharge line 30 and a mass meter 31. In the infiltration test device: the expansion rod 5 includes an expansion rod material 51 in which one end part penetrates the upper part flange 2 and the other end part penetrates the lower part flange 3; screw parts 52 are provided at the upper end part and the lower end part of the expansion rod material 51; and nuts 53 to be screwed with the screw parts 52 are provided. By using the infiltration test device, the piston 4 is moved vertically by rotating the nuts 53 and the mounting load of the test sand S is adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】精度の高い試験砂の浸透試験方法を提供する。【解決手段】試験砂Sを充填するモールド1と、この上端部に固定された上部フランジ2と、下端部に固定された下部フランジ3と、上部フランジ2と一体化され、かつモールド1の上端部の開口内に挿入されるピストン4と、一端部が上部フランジ2に他端部が下部フランジ3に固定された伸縮ロッド5と、薬液注入ライン20及び流量計21と、薬液排出ライン30及び質量計31とを有し、伸縮ロッド5は、一端部が上部フランジ2を、他端部が下部フランジ3を貫通する伸縮棒材51を有し、この伸縮棒材51の上端部及び下端部にネジ部52が設けられ、このネジ部52に螺合するナット53が備わる浸透試験装置Xを用い、ナット53を回すことでピストン4を上下動させ、試験砂Sの上載荷重を調節する試験砂Sの浸透試験方法である。【選択図】図1
