To provide a bridge cover, periphery seal, and bridge cover installation method that can surely close a gap between a panel edge and a structure even when the gap is large and fluctuates, and that do not require processing on the structure.SOLUTION: A bridge cover 9 comprises: a cover panel 10 that covers the lower surface of a bridge and has an edge facing a side surface 5 (standing surface) of a bridge pier 2 extending downward from the lower surface of the bridge; and a periphery seal 20 that closes a gap between the edge of the cover panel 10 and the side surface 5. The periphery seal 20 includes: a bracket 21 fixed to the edge of the cover panel 10; and a sealing member 22 that is connected to the bracket 21 and that can come into contact with the standing surface. The sealing member 22 has a flat hollow structure having a flat upper surface 221 and a lower surface 222. At least the upper surface 221 and the lower surface 222 are made of a flexible elastic material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
