FLOORING LEDGER FRAME
To prevent deflection of whole floor material as well as local sinking of floor material while saving its weight and to improve or solve the problem in which crack or fracture is generated at a welded portion or its neighbor between a folded part of floor plate material and an intermediate plate.SOLUTION: A flooring ledger frame has a contour shape that is partitioned by a pair of short edges and a pair of long edges, and comprises a floor plate material forming a tread at its upper surface, folded parts that are folded at the long edges of the floor plate material respectively, beam materials that are provided at the short edges of the floor plate material respectively, and at least one intermediate plate that connects the folded parts to each other at its bottom edges. The intermediate plate is configured with horizontal walls disposed to stride between the folded parts and joined through the welded part to the folded part, and rising walls where one end connects to the horizontal wall and the other end abuts to bottom surface of the floor plate material. The intermediate plate also has a junction that joins the floor plate material and the rising wall to each other at the area within 50 mm from an outside surface of the folded part toward a width direction center part of the floor plate material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】軽量化を図りつつ、床材全体のたわみのみならず床材の局所的な沈み込みを防止するとともに、床板材の折返し部と中間板との溶接箇所またはその近傍において亀裂や破断が発生する問題を改善ないし解決する。【解決手段】一対の短尺縁と一対の長尺縁によって区画された輪郭形状を有し、その上面にて踏み面を形成する床板材と、該床板材の長尺縁にてそれぞれ折り返された折り返し片と、該床板材の短尺縁にそれぞれ設けられた梁材と、該折り返し片をその下端において相互に連結する少なくとも1つの中間板とを備えた床付き布わくにおいて、前記中間板を、前記折り返し片の相互間に跨って配置され、溶接部を介して該折り返し片に接合される横架壁と、一端が該横架壁につながり他端が該床板材の下面に当接する立ち上がり壁とを備えたもので構成するとともに、折り返し片の外側面から該床板材の幅方向中央部へ向かう50mm以内の領域に、該床板材と該立ち上がり壁とを相互に接合する接合部を設ける。【選択図】図2
