BRIDGE FLOOR SLAB CUTTING DEVICE AND METHOD
To provide a bridge floor slab cutting device that allows one worker under a floor slab to easily adjust a vertical position of a conversion pulley for horizontal cutting attached to a support rod under the floor slab in a bridge renewal method.SOLUTION: A cutting device comprises: a support 21 installed vertically on a floor slab 1; a drive pulley 22 supported by the floor slab 1 so as to be able to move up and down, rotationally driven on the floor slab 1 by a drive device, and moved up and down by a lifting mechanism; and a pulley device 27 attached to positions protruding from the floor slab 1 where support rods 25 are passed through vertical holes 37 formed on both sides of a convex section of the floor slab 1 supported by a steel girder 9 in a downwardly bulging floor slab convex part 1a and having conversion pulleys 24a, 24b, 26a, 26b on which a wire 28 is hung. The pulley device 27 includes a lower conversion pulley 33a and an upper conversion pulley 33b. The wire 28 hung on the upper conversion pulley 33b above the lower conversion pulley 33a through the vertical hole 37 is positioned at a horizontal cutting position of the floor slab convex part 1a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】橋梁のリニューアル工法において、床版下の支持棒に取付けられる水平切断用の変換プーリの上下位置の調整作業が、床版下において、1人の作業員で容易に行える橋梁床板の切断装置を提供する。【解決手段】床版1上に縦設される支柱21と、床版1に昇降可能に支持され、床版1上に駆動装置により回転駆動されると共に、昇降機構により昇降する駆動プーリ22と、ワイヤー28が掛けられる変換プーリ24a、24b、26a、26bを配置し、下向きに膨出する床版凸部1aにおいて鋼桁9に支持される床版1の凸部両側にあけられる縦孔37に通される支持棒25の床版1より突出する箇所に取付けられるプーリ装置27よりなり、該プーリ装置27は下側の変換プーリ33aと、上側の変換プーリ33bよりなり、縦孔37を経て下側のプーリ33aより上側のプーリ33bに掛けられるワイヤー28は、床版凸部1aの水平切断位置に位置する。【選択図】図2
