NOZZLE SEAT PLATE TOOL FOR REPAIRING CRACKS IN WALL
To easily attach a plug body to a main body and facilitate the alignment of a nozzle with respect to the main body so as to improve work efficiency of repair work.SOLUTION: A nozzle seat plate tool for supporting a crack repair nozzle N having a discharge port Na for injecting a filler F into a crack K generated in a wall W, includes: a main body 1 having a passing hole 2 through which the filler F flows in; and a plug body 20 detachably provided and attached to the main body 1 to close the passing hole 2. The main body 1 includes: a plate-shaped support plate 5 having an attachment surface 3 attached to a wall surface Wa and a support surface 4 for supporting a tip surface Nb of the nozzle N and having the passing hole 2; and a tubular insertion rod 7 erected on the support surface 4 and having a communication hole 6 inserted into the discharge port Na of the nozzle N and concentrically communicating with the passing hole 2. The plug 20 is formed in a tapered shape having an outer diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the communication hole 6 at a tip end and an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of the communication hole 6 at a base end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】 栓体の本体に対する装着を容易にするとともに、本体に対するノズルの位置合わせを容易にし、もって、補修作業の作業効率の向上を図る。【解決手段】 壁Ｗに生じた亀裂Ｋに充填材Ｆを注入するための吐出口Ｎａを有した亀裂補修用ノズルＮを支持するもので、充填材Ｆを流入させる通過孔２を有した本体１と、本体１に着脱可能に設けられ装着されて通過孔２を塞ぐ栓体２０とを備え、本体１を、壁面Ｗａに付設される付設面３及びノズルＮの先端面Ｎｂを支持する支持面４を有するとともに通過孔２を有した板状の支持板５と、支持面４に立設されノズルＮの吐出口Ｎａ内に挿通され且つ通過孔２に同軸で連通する連通孔６が形成された管状の挿通杆７とを備えて構成し、栓体２０を、先端が連通孔６の内径より小さい外径を有し基端が連通孔６の内径より大きい外径を有したテーパ状に形成した。【選択図】 図６
