To provide a frame type structure capable of transferring a load acting on two coupled columns to a lower floor.SOLUTION: A frame type structure 100 comprises: a first column 10 as a steel material; a second column 20 as a steel material arranged next to the first column; a coupling material 60 for coupling the first column and the second column; and a third column 30 arranged below the first column and the second column. The third column comprises: a core material as a steel material; and a column body as concrete covering the core material.
