SHOE CONSTITUTING SLIDE SEISMIC ISOLATOR, PRECURSOR THEREOF AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a manufacturing method of a shoe constituting a slide seismic isolator which is suppressed in a manufacturing time and labor without causing an increase of a manufacturing cost, the shoe manufactured by the manufacturing method, and a precursor of the shoe.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a shoe constituting a slide seismic isolator in which a mating member 16 of a friction material 34 attached to a protrusive spherical second slide face 32 of a slide body 30 is installed in a recessed spherical first slide face 12 of a shoe 10 constituting a slide seismic isolator 40, a stopper ring 13 which is circular in a plane view for regulating a slide range of the slide body 30 is provided at the first slide face 12 which is circular in a plane view, the mating member 16 which is circular in a plane view having a diameter larger than a diameter of an internal periphery of the stopper ring 13 is prepared, the mating member 16 is aligned coaxially with the stopper ring 13, and the mating member 16 is curved by pressing the mating member 16 against the first slide face 12 by using a pressing jig 80, and fit into the stopper ring 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】製作コストが増加することなく、製作手間のかからない滑り免震装置を構成する沓の製作方法と、この製作方法により製作された沓、さらには、この沓の前駆体を提供すること。【解決手段】滑り免震装置40を構成する沓10の凹球状の第一摺動面12において、摺動体30の凸球状の第二摺動面32に取り付けられている摩擦材34の相手材16を設置する、滑り免震装置を構成する沓の製作方法であり、平面視円形の第一摺動面12には、摺動体30の摺動範囲を規定する平面視円形のストッパーリング13が設けられており、ストッパーリング13の内周の直径よりも大きな直径を有する平面視円形の相手材16を用意し、相手材16をストッパーリング13に対して同心に位置合わせし、押し付け治具80にて相手材16を第一摺動面12に押し付けることにより、相手材16を湾曲に変形させてストッパーリング13内に嵌め込む。【選択図】図4
