To provide a refrigerating home delivery box and a building having the refrigerating home delivery box that is not easily influenced by the outdoor environment and that can keep a delivered item stored in a storage chamber at a low temperature.SOLUTION: A refrigerating home delivery box 35 includes storage chambers 80, 82 disposed, at the side of an indoor space 16, penetrating through an outer wall 18 of a building 10. The storage chambers 80, 82 each have a cooling function and can cool delivered items A, B stored in the storage chambers 80, 82, respectively. Furthermore, the housing chambers 80, 82 include inner doors 84, 88, respectively, which face an outside door 62, and the delivered items A, B can be stored behind the inner doors 84, 88, respectively. That is, the inner doors 84, 88 for opening and closing the storage chambers 80, 82 are disposed at the side of the indoor space 16 of the outside door 62, and not at the side of an outdoor space 20. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce influence of outdoor environment on the storage chambers 80, 82.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】屋外環境の影響を受け難く、収容室内に収容された荷物を低温で保管することが可能な冷蔵宅配ボックス及びこの冷蔵宅配ボックスを備えた建物を提供する。【解決手段】冷蔵宅配ボックス３５には、建物１０の外壁１８を貫通して屋内空間１６側に配置される収容室８０、８２が設けられている。収容室８０、８２は、それぞれ冷却機能を備えており、収容室８０、８２内に収容された荷物Ａ、Ｂをそれぞれ冷却可能としている。また、収容室８０、８２には、屋外側扉６２と対向する内扉８４、８８がそれぞれ設けられており、内扉８４、８８の内側に荷物Ａ、Ｂがそれぞれ収容可能とされる。つまり、収容室８０、８２を開閉する内扉８４、８８は、屋外側扉６２の屋内空間１６側に設けられており、屋外空間２０側に設けられていない。これにより、収容室８０、８２において、屋外環境の影響を受け難くすることができる。【選択図】図２
