To provide a cable storage container which enables stable electric power supply to an electric device, such as a road incidental facility, and achieves increase of efficiency of cable installation work.SOLUTION: A cable storage container 1 stores a main cable 6 including at least an electric power line 3 and includes: a container body part 10 having a cable storage part 20 which stores an electric device cable 60 for supplying electricity to a lighting device 30, serving as an electric device, with the main cable 6; and connecting means 70 which connects the lighting device 30 with the electric device cable 60. The container body part 10 is formed with a drawing part 120 for drawing the cables 60, 6, branched from the electric device cable 60 or the main cable 6 by branch means 110, to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
