To provide a method for collecting a biological tissue which prevents a biological tissue from being scratched, and is capable of sucking a large biological tissue of mm order.SOLUTION: A method for collecting a biological tissue comprises the following processes: a component is prepared first; in the component, a plurality of holes (n≥2) which allows air to pass through from a first face to a second face is provided; a wall surface is formed between the holes, and an end part of the wall surface closer to the first face is rounded to be formed only of a curved face; next, a biological tissue is collected by the holes of the component; the dimension of the biological tissue in a maximum direction is in mm order of 0.5 mm or more and 100 mm or less, and the tissue is allowed to contact one face of the holes by suction; and in collecting the tissue, 50% or more and 90% or less out of the area of the biological tissue is the total area of the holes by which the biological tissue is collected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】生体組織の傷付きを防止し、mmオーダーの大きな生体組織を吸引する事が可能な生体組織の採取方法の提供。【解決手段】生体組織の採取方法は、以下の工程を備える。最初に部品を用意する。部品は、第1の面から第2の面に空気を通す孔が複数(n≧2)設けられると共に、孔の間に壁面が形成され、壁面の第1の面側の端部が丸め加工されて曲面のみで形成されている。次に、部品の孔で生体組織を採取する。生体組織は、最大方向の寸法が0.5mm以上100mm以下のmmオーダーであり、孔の一方の面に吸引により接触される。採取の際に、生体組織の面積のうち50%以上90%以下を、採取されている孔の総面積とする。【選択図】図5
