POLE CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR COLUMNAR WORKPIECE
To provide a pole construction method for efficiently installing an electric pole without waste.SOLUTION: A pole construction method for an electric pole P includes: a pole construction preparation step before pole construction using excavation means for excavating a foundation hole H, a cylindrical body 1 that is gently and externally fit to the electric pole P, a temporary filling member capable of filling the cylindrical body 1, a lid member closing the cylindrical body 1 and a soil storage member for storing soil 4 filling a gap S between the cylindrical body 1 and the electric pole P; and a pole construction main step of constructing a pole. The pole construction preparation step includes: a cylindrical body installation step of excavating a foundation hole H, vertically charging the cylindrical body 1 into the foundation hole, and filling the periphery of the foundation hole with soil; and a lid closing step of filling the cylindrical body 1 with a temporary filling member and closing the cylindrical body 1 with the lid member, and mounting a soil storage member filled with soil on the lid member. The pole construction main step includes: a lid opening step of removing the soil storage member and removing the lid member, and taking out the temporary filling member; and a fixing step of inserting the electric pole P into the cylindrical body 1 and constructing the electric pole, filling a gap between the electric pole P and the cylindrical body 1 with the soil 4 of the soil storage member and filling the gap. 【課題】電柱の設置が無駄なく効率的に行える建柱方法を提供する。【解決手段】電柱Pの建柱方法は、基礎穴Hを掘る掘削手段と、電柱Pに緩やかに外嵌可能な筒体1と、筒体1に充填し得る仮詰め部材と、筒体1を塞ぐ蓋部材と、筒体1と電柱Pの隙間Sに充填する土4を収容する土収容部材とを使用し、建柱前の建柱準備工程と、建柱を行う建柱本工程とからなる。建柱準備工程は、基礎穴Hを掘削し、そこに筒体1を縦向きに入れて周囲に土を充填する筒体設置工程と、筒体1に仮詰め部材を詰めて蓋部材で塞ぐと共に土を入れた土収容部材を蓋部材に載せる閉蓋工程とからなり、建柱本工程は、土収容部材を除けて蓋部材を外すと共に仮詰め部材を取出す開蓋工程と、筒体1に電柱Pを挿入して建て、その電柱Pと筒体1との間に土収容部材の土4を充填して隙間を埋める固定工程とからなり、前記建柱準備工程の後、時間を空けて建柱本工程を行うようにした。【選択図】 図5
