PAVEMENT MATERIAL, PAVEMENT BODY, AND PAVEMENT BODY CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a pavement material, pavement body, and pavement body construction method being excellent in aesthetics and having high flame retardancy in order to solve the problem in which: pavement bodies being excellent in aesthetics have been used, in recent years, for passages and the like where many people come and go, and a construction method in which a resin is applied to a mold and a pattern is applied to a pavement surface is known as a construction method for such pavement bodies; however, it cannot be denied that pavements using resin may be burned by a fire that occurs in the event of a disaster or the like.SOLUTION: A pavement material includes: an acrylic resin mixture containing an acrylic resin and an acrylic monomer; an aggregate; a flame retardant containing at least one of a metal hydroxide flame retardant, a halogen flame retardant, a phosphorus flame retardant, an antimony flame retardant, a nitrogen flame retardant, a silicon flame retardant, a boron flame retardant, an expanded graphite flame retardant, an intumescent flame retardant, and a phosphine acid metal salt flame retardant; and a curing agent with a curing accelerator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 近年、多くの人が往来する通路等には、美観に優れた舗装体が使用されている。美観に優れた舗装体とする方法としては、型枠に樹脂を塗布し、舗装面に模様を施す施工方法が知られている。しかしながら、樹脂を使用した舗装体は、災害時等に発生した火災によって燃えてしまう可能性が否定できない。そのため、本発明では、美観に優れ、且つ、難燃性の高い舗装材、舗装体及び舗装体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 アクリル樹脂とアクリルモノマーとを含むアクリル樹脂混合物と、骨材と、金属水酸化物難燃剤、ハロゲン系難燃剤、リン系難燃剤、アンチモン系難燃剤、窒素系難燃剤、シリコン系難燃剤、ホウ素系難燃剤、膨張黒鉛難燃剤、イントメッセント系難燃剤、ホスフィン酸金属塩系難燃剤の少なくとも1種を含む難燃剤と、硬化剤及び硬化促進剤と、を含む舗装材。【選択図】図1
