SLAB STEEL ASSEMBLY METHOD THAT DOES NOT USE FLUTTERING ANGLE
To solve the problems: (1) the conventional method of assembling a slab with a flutter angle is based on a slab with a fluttering angle of 90 mm square, which requires heavy labor, requires fine technique, and takes a long time to train an engineer, and therefore, young people are shunned and the shortage of successors is serious; (2) wood corrodes, which costs to dispose of industrial waste; and (3) the forests of the earth have decreased by the equivalent of Japan's land area in two years, and thus in order to overcome the above problems, the present invention aims at simplifying the assembly of formwork with steel screws and reducing labor, enabling short-term training of assembly engineers, and can contribute to solving the problem of successor shortage in the industry and the problem of declining birthrate and aging population.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】(1)従来のバタ角で組み立てるスラブの工法はバタ角の90mm角が基本であり、重労務を伴い、微細な技術が求められ、技術者に育つまで長期間を要し、従って、若い人に敬遠され、後継者不足が深刻である。(2)木材は腐食して、産業廃棄物の処理費がかかる。(3)地球の森林が2年間で日本の国土面積相当減少している。この発明は、上記課題を克服するために、型枠の組み立てを鋼材ビス留めの単純作業化と軽労務化を目指し、組み立て技術者の短期育成が可能で、業界の後継者問題、少子高齢化問題に貢献できる。【選択図】図2
