WINDOW SIDE STRUCTURE AND LIVING ROOM
To provide: a window side structure capable of forming a seat part allowing a user to be seated with a user's back facing a window part, without being designed to project from an outer wall; and a living room in which the window side structure is effectively arranged in consideration of a living scene.SOLUTION: A window side structure 1 comprises: an outdoor recessed part 3 formed with a part of an outer wall of a building set back toward an indoor side; an indoor recessed part 4 formed on the indoor side of the outdoor recessed part 3 and formed with a part of an indoor wall surface 15 partitioning a living room 2 projecting toward the outdoor recessed part 3 side; a window part 5 provided on the outer wall serving as a boundary between the outdoor recessed part 3 and the indoor recessed part 4; and a seat part 6 being fixture furniture formed in the indoor recessed part 4 and allowing a user to be seated with a user's back facing the window part 5. The living room 2 is a large space living room in which any of the window side structures 1 described above is arranged, and at least a living space 12, a dining space 13, and a kitchen 14 are arranged in a row in the longitudinal direction without columns, and the indoor recessed part 4 is formed at a position including the center in the longitudinal center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 外壁から突出したデザインとすることなく、窓部を背にして着座可能な腰掛部を形成できる窓辺構造、及び生活シーンを考慮して窓辺構造を効果的に配置した居室を提供する。【解決手段】窓辺構造１は、建物の外壁の一部を屋内側にセットバックさせて形成された屋外凹部３と、屋外凹部３の屋内側に形成され、居室２を区画する屋内壁面１５の一部を屋外凹部３側に突出させて形成された屋内凹部４と、屋外凹部３及び屋内凹部４の境界となる外壁に設けられる窓部５と、屋内凹部４に形成される造作家具であり、前記窓部５を背にして着座可能な腰掛部６と、を備える。また、居室２は、上述のいずれかの窓辺構造１が配置され、少なくともリビング空間１２、ダイニング空間１３、及びキッチン１４が無柱で長手方向に一列に並んで配置された大空間の居室であり、屋内凹部４は、長手方向の中央を含む位置に形成される。【選択図】図１
