The pull members 21A,21B form a pull groove 26 by pull side pieces 22, 23 and a pull edge piece 24. In the pull side pieces 22, 23, upper depth engaging parts 225, 235, lower depth engaging parts 226, 236, and upper and lower engaging parts 227, 237 are formed. In the base members 31A, 31B, depth engaged parts 371, 372 where the upper depth engaging parts 225, 235 and the lower depth engaging parts 226, 236 are engaged in a depth direction and upper and lower engaged parts 381, 382 where the upper and lower engaging parts 227, 237 are engaged in a vertical direction are formed.
