To provide a floor lifting device that does not require many jacks to move a part of the floor in the room to make a step up and down as a spectator seat, has a simpler mechanism, is not complicated in structure, and can be manufactured inexpensively.SOLUTION: A base frame 1 and a top frame 3 of the rectangular frame are supported by a cross strut 6 whose center is axially attached to an intermediate frame 2. The end of the cross strut 6 is slidably engaged with the base frame 1 and the top frame 3. Electric jacks 4 and 5 are provided between the base frame 1 and the intermediate frame 2 and/or between the top frame 3 and the intermediate frame 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
