WALL REINFORCEMENT COATING MATERIAL AND COATING FILM
To provide a wall reinforcement coating material that can obtain good coating workability and coating appearance and allows for forming a thick film, and to provide a coating film that has high tensile strength and excellent in collapse prevention property.SOLUTION: A wall reinforcement coating material of the present invention contains short glass fibers with an average length greater than 30 μm and smaller than 3,000 μm and a resin emulsion. The short glass fibers are contained in the range of higher than 20 mass% and lower than 70 mass% relative to a nonvolatile content. It is preferable that an average length of the short glass fiber is greater than or equal to 50 μm and smaller than or equal to 300 μm in the present invention. It is also preferable that the short glass fibers are contained in the range of greater than or equal to 30 mass% and smaller than or equal to 50 mass% relative to a nonvolatile content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】良好な塗装作業性及び塗装外観を得ることができ、厚膜形成が可能な壁面補強塗料、及び、引張強度が高く、崩落防止性能に優れた塗膜を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の壁面補強塗料は、平均長さが30μmより大きく3000μmより小さいガラス短繊維と、樹脂エマルジョンと、を含み、前記ガラス短繊維は、不揮発分に対し、20質量%より大きく70質量%より小さい範囲で含まれることを特徴とする。本発明では、前記ガラス短繊維の平均長さは、50μm以上300μm以下であることが好ましい。また、前記ガラス短繊維は、不揮発分に対し、30質量%以上50質量%以下の範囲で含まれることが好ましい。【選択図】図1
