MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF SCAFFOLD TIE ANCHOR
To provide a mounting structure of a reusable scaffold tie anchor provided on an outer wall of a building, preventing intrusion of rain water between an outer wall material and the anchor, and allowing the anchor to be easily reused.SOLUTION: A mounting structure 100a of a scaffold tie anchor has a skeleton 1, an outer wall 2 covering the outside of the skeleton 1, an anchor 3 with a base end part 31 supported by the skeleton 1 and with a tip end part 332 exposed from joint 22 of the outer wall 2, and a sealant 4 filled between an outer wall material 21 and the anchor 3. A tip end face 332a of the anchor 3 is flush with an outer surface 211a of the outer wall material 21 or extended outward from the outer surface 211a. A part around the tip end part 332 of the outer wall 2 forms an engraved part 2b. The sealant 4 is filled between a side peripheral face 332c of the tip end part 332 and faces 2c facing the side peripheral face 332c at the engraved part 2b not to extend to the outside from the tip end face 332a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】建物の外壁に設けられる再利用可能な足場つなぎアンカーの取付構造において、外壁材とアンカーとの間に雨水を浸入しにくくするとともに、アンカーを容易に再利用できるようにする。【解決手段】足場つなぎアンカーの取付構造１００ａは、躯体１と、躯体１の外側を覆う外壁２と、基端部３１が躯体１に支持されるとともに先端部３３２が外壁２の目地２２から露出するアンカー３と、外壁材２１とアンカー３との間を充填するシーリング材４と、を備え、アンカー３の先端面３３２ａは、外壁材２１の外側表面２１１ａと面一又は外側表面２１１ａよりも外側へ出ており、外壁２における、先端部３３２の周囲の部位は座彫り部２ｂとなっており、シーリング材４は、先端部３３２の側周面３３２ｃと座彫り部２ｂにおける側周面３３２ｃと対向する面２ｃとの間を、先端面３３２ａよりも外側へ出ないように充填している。【選択図】図３
