To provide a precast concrete member capable of securing a strength o a reinforcement joint without using a mechanical joint.SOLUTION: A precast concrete member (column member 20) has: a main reinforcement 22 buried in precast concrete; a sheath pipe 30 buried in the precast concrete along a main reinforcement 22 and allowing a joint main reinforcement 22A to be inserted and fixed; and a reinforcement bar 40 surrounding the sheath pipe 30 and the main reinforcement 22 and integral with the sheath pipe 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
