To provide a dispersant composition for a hydraulic composition in a powder state, which is excellent in dispersibility of a hydraulic composition powder and can impart excellent kneading properties to a slurry, and to provide a powder dispersant composition for the hydraulic composition excellent in kneading properties (kneadability) of a hydraulic composition powder slurry.SOLUTION: A powder dispersant composition for a hydraulic composition comprises a copolymer having: a constitutional unit (1) represented by a specific constitutional formula (1); and a constitutional unit (2) represented by a specific constitutional formula (2), wherein a ratio of particles each having a median size of 1 μm or more and 90 μm or less and a particle diameter of 1 μm or more and 250 μm or less is 90 mass% or more and 100 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
