To provide a miniaturized water discharge device equipped with a photoelectric sensor with a display LED.SOLUTION: In a water discharge device equipped with a photoelectric sensor 24, the photoelectric sensor comprises a light projecting element 36 that emits detection light, a light receiving element 38 that receives reflected light of the detection light projected by the light projecting element, and a sensor case accommodating a light projecting element and a light receiving element and having a light projecting window 26a that allows for the transmission of detected light and a light receiving window 26b that allows for the transmission of reflected light. The sensor case further houses a display LED 70 that emits notification light, and the display LED has a viewing angle wider than the viewing angle of the light projecting element. The display LED is arranged so that a central axis 70c of the notification light passes outside the light projecting window and a part of the notification light passes through the light projecting window.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
