AUTOMATIC OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE OF WATER GATE DOOR
To solve the problem such that while, in river management in a case of floods, management operation is started after notification to a water-intake facility manager, a case is expected in which damages in an internal water side cannot be avoided when the notification is delayed, and a time lag between a rainfall time and a flow-down time of two rivers of a main stream river and a branch line river in the same river water system basin causes the flood due to generation of a reverse water phenomenon in the branch line river in the same river basin, to cause severe damages to the human lives, public facilities and agricultural products within the same river basin.SOLUTION: Common solving means is applicable to a case of flooding damages in an internal water side and to a case of a reverse water phenomenon. After performing described countermeasures, an upper face center point of a gate door 9 and a floating body 10 is set to a groove in two directions of a winding-up pulley 16, a left end of a wire rope is attached to the upper face center of the gate door 9 and the other end is attached to a floating body hoisting belt 12. A length of the wire rope is adjusted so that the winding-up pulley 16 interlocks when a load is applied to the wire rope, and the wire rope is bound by welding to solve the problem.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】洪水時の河川管理において、取水施設管理人に通報した後に管理動作を開始するが、通報が遅延した場合には内水側の被災は免れない場合も想定され、又は、同一河川水系流域内での本川河川・支線河川の2河川の降雨時間と流下時間とのタイムラグ等から同一河川流域内の支線河川にバックウオーター現象が生じて洪水が氾濫し、該流域内の人命・公共物及び農作物に甚大な被害を与えたいた。【解決の手段】内水側が洪水被災の場合とバックウオーター現象が生じた場合共に解決手段は同じで、既述の諸対策を施行した後に、門扉9と浮体10の上面中心点を巻揚滑車16の2方向の溝に、一本のワイヤーロープの左端を門扉9の上面中心点に、他端を浮体吊上ベルト12に取り付け、該ワイヤーロープに荷重が加わると巻揚滑車16が連動するようワイヤーロープの長さ等を調整したうえで溶接等の工法で結束して解決する。【選択図】図2
