To provide a foundation structure and precast members of building, and a construction method of the foundation structure of the building capable of improving efficiency of foundation work.SOLUTION: A foundation structure of a building is provided with a support member 2 supporting the building and a foundation 3 supporting the support member 2. A fixing part 2A fixed on a foundation 3 and having a spherical surface S1 contacting the foundation 3 is arranged on the support member 2. Then, the support member 2 is tilted to bring the spherical surface S1 into contact with the foundation 3 with the fixing part 2A as a fulcrum in a state in which the fixing part 2A is loaded on the foundation 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】基礎工事の効率化を図ることができる建造物の基礎構造、プレキャスト部材、および、建造物の基礎構造の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】建造物を支える支持部材２と、支持部材２を支える基礎３とを備える建造物の基礎構造において、支持部材２に、基礎３に固定される固定部２Ａであって、基礎３と接触する球面Ｓ１を有する固定部２Ａを設ける。そして、球面Ｓ１が基礎３と接触するように、固定部２Ａを基礎３に載せた状態で、固定部２Ａを支点として、支持部材２を傾ける。【選択図】図１
