To provide a technology that energy consumption required for cement crushing is reduced without influencing cement quality.SOLUTION: In a cement production facility 1 equipped with a water addition device 6 adding water W to a feed material C2 to a vertical mill or into the vertical mill in a cement finishing facility using the vertical mill 5 as a preliminary crusher,: a water treatment device 12 water-treating a feed material to the vertical mill instead of the water addition device 6, a dehydrator 13 dehydrating solid matter after the water treatment and a feeding device feeding a dehydration product to the vertical mill may be provided; a tube mill 10 may be provided in the subsequent stage of the vertical mill as a crusher; and the occurrence of agglomeration at the inside of the vertical mill can be prevented by adding water to the engagement position of a roller 5c on the table 5b of the vertical mill with the water addition device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セメントの品質に影響を及ぼさずに、セメント粉砕に要する消費エネルギーを低減する。【解決手段】竪型ミル５を予粉砕機として用いたセメント仕上げ設備において、竪型ミルへの供給物Ｃ２、又は竪型ミル内に水Ｗを添加する水添加装置６を備えるセメント製造設備１。水添加装置６に代えて竪型ミルへの供給物を水処理する水処理装置１２と、水処理後の固形物から脱水する脱水装置１３と、脱水物を竪型ミルに供給する供給装置を備えてもよい。竪型ミルの後段に、粉砕機としてチューブミル１０を備えてもよい。水添加装置によって竪型ミルのテーブル５ｂ上のローラ５ｃの噛み込み位置に水を添加することで、竪型ミルの内部に固結が発生することを防止することができる。【選択図】図１
