To provide a field mixing production unit suitable for track construction.SOLUTION: In a field mixing production unit 1 of concrete for track construction, a mixer 20, a hopper 21, a screw feeder 23, a pair of belt conveyors 22a, 22b, a water feed device 24 and a control device 25 are comprised on a unit base 10 loadable on a road-rail vehicle 30. Either edge part of the pair of belt conveyors 22a, 22b is projected from the edge part of the unit base 10, and a tray 27 is installed in the projected part. An exhaust port 20c dispensing mixed concrete to the lateral of the unit base 10 is installed in the mixer 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】軌道工事に好適な現場練り製造ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】軌道工事向けのコンクリートの現場練り製造ユニット１である。軌陸車３０に積載可能なユニット台１０の上に、ミキサー２０、ホッパー２１、スクリューフィーダ２３、一対のベルトコンベア２２ａ，２２ｂ、給水装置２４、制御装置２５を備える。一対のベルトコンベア２２ａ，２２ｂの一方の端部が、ユニット台１０の端部から突出し、その突出部分にトレイ２７が設置されている。ミキサー２０に、練り上げられたコンクリートをユニット台１０の側方に払い出す排出口２０ｃが設置されている。【選択図】図２
