To provide a production method of biodegradable construction material with improved strength, biodegradable plastic mixed soil, and a ground solidification method.SOLUTION: A ground solidification method comprises the steps of: producing biodegradable plastic mixed soil obtained by mixing soil to be mixed and biodegradable plastic P with grain size distribution corresponding to grain size of the soil to be mixed (S3); heating the biodegradable plastic mixed soil for predetermined time at temperature equal to or more than a melting temperature of the biodegradable plastic (S4); and cooling the biodegradable plastic mixed soil to temperature equal or less than a glass transition point of the biodegradable plastic P to solidify it (S6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
