BOTTOM-EXPANDED STEEL PIPE PILE AND BOTTOM-EXPANDED INTEGRATED STEEL PIPE
To provide a bottom-expanded steel pipe pile that can form a large bottom-expanded part with a simple structure, can realize a large bearing capacity, and can exert a large propulsive force when rotationally press-fitting.SOLUTION: A bottom-expanded steel pipe pile comprises a shaft steel pipe 2, a bottom-expanded steel pipe 3 having a diameter larger than that of the shaft steel pipe joined to a lower end of the shaft steel pipe, and a tip member 4 joined to the lower end thereof and exerting excavation propulsion force. The tip member comprises an end face plate 10 fixed to the lower end surface of the bottom-expanded steel pipe and having inclined surface portions inclined upside down, and a plate-shaped excavation blade 31 fixed vertically to the lower surface thereof. The excavation blade has a notch 31a that opens facing a center hole 32 formed in the center of the end face plate. A joint structure between the shaft steel pipe and the bottom-expanded steel pipe is a joint structure in which a circular flat plate 21 is welded and fixed to the upper end of the bottom-expanded steel pipe, a short pipe 5 having a diameter equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the shaft steel pipe and thicker than the shaft steel pipe is welded and fixed to the upper surface thereof, and the upper end of the short pipe and the lower end of the shaft steel pipe is welded and joined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な構造で大きな拡底部を形成可能で大きな支持力を実現できるとともに、回転圧入する際に大きな推進力を発揮可能な拡底鋼管杭を提供する。【解決手段】軸鋼管2と軸鋼管の下端に接合された軸鋼管より大径の拡底側鋼管3とその下端に接合された、掘削推進力を発揮する先端部材4とからなる。先端部材は拡底側鋼管の下端面に固定された、互いに上下逆向きに傾斜した傾斜面部を備えた端面板10とその下面に垂直に固定された板状の掘削刃31とからなる。掘削刃は端面板中心部にあけた中心穴32に臨んで開口する切欠き31aを有する。軸鋼管と拡底側鋼管との接合構造は、拡底側鋼管の上端に円形平板21が溶接固定され、その上面に軸鋼管直径と同径ないし若干大径で軸鋼管より厚肉の短尺管5が溶接固定され、短尺管の上端と前記軸鋼管の下端とが溶接接合された接合構造である。【選択図】図1
