BASE MORTAR CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND MOLD

To provide a base mortar construction method capable of improving the workability and construction accuracy of base mortar construction by adjusting the level of a mold after installing a removable mold.SOLUTION: A base mortar construction method in which a base mortar is constructed to fill a space between a foundation structure laid below and a base plate laid above, comprises: (1) an installation step of installing a mold on an upper surface of the foundation structure; (2) a mold level adjusting step; (3) a base mortar filling step; and (4) a removal step of removing the mold from the cured base mortar. In the mold level adjusting step, it is confirmed whether the water surface of the leveling liquid contained in a level contained in the mold is horizontal. If the water surface is not level, the level of the mold is made level by individually adjusting the screwing amount of bolts that are screwed into three or more holes fixed to the mold and whose lower ends are in contact with the upper surface of the foundation structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】脱着可能な金型を設置した後で金型のレベル調整を行うことにより、ベースモルタル施工の作業性および施工精度の向上が可能なベースモルタル施工法を提供する。【解決手段】下方に敷設される基礎構造物と上方に敷設されるベースプレートとの間を埋めるためのベースモルタルを施工するベースモルタル施工法において、（１）金型を基礎構造物の上面に設置する設置工程と、（２）前記金型のレベル調整工程と、（３）ベースモルタルの充填工程と、（４）硬化したベースモルタルから前記金型を取り外す取り外し工程と、を有し、前記金型のレベル調整工程は、前記金型が有する水平器が内容する水平確認液の水面が水平であるか否かを確認し、前記水面が水平でない場合に、前記金型に固定されている3箇所以上の孔部に螺合され、且つその下端が基礎構造物の上面に当接しているボルトのねじ込み量を個別に調整することによって、前記金型のレベルを水平とさせることを特徴とする、ベースモルタル施工法。【選択図】図１
