To provide a sound insulation structure of a building which can further improve sound insulation performance.SOLUTION: A sound insulation structure 1 of a building comprises: a floor material 10; a ceiling material 20 opposing the floor material in a vertical direction across a space S0 in a building; a partitioning wall 30 extending in the vertical direction, and partitioning the space into a first space S1 and a second space S2 which adjoin each other; and at least either of a floor-side sound insulation face material 41 attached to a region within a thickness range of the partitioning wall out of the floor material and having a coincidence frequency which is different from that of thee floor material, and a ceiling-side sound insulation material 40 attached to a region within a thickness range of the partitioning wall out of the ceiling material and having a coincidence frequency which is different from that of the ceiling material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】遮音性能をより改善することが可能な建物の遮音構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物の遮音構造1は、床材10と、建物内の空間S0を挟んで床材と鉛直方向に対向する天井材20と、鉛直方向に延びると共に、空間を水平方向に隣接する第1空間S1と第2空間S2とに仕切る間仕切壁30と、床材のうち間仕切壁の厚さ範囲にある部位に貼り付けられると共に床材と異なるコインシデンス周波数を有する床側遮音面材41、及び、天井材のうち間仕切壁の厚さ範囲にある部位に貼り付けられると共に天井材と異なるコインシデンス周波数を有する天井側遮音面材40のうち少なくともいずれか一方の面材と、を備えている。【選択図】図1
