METHOD OF MANUFACTURING STEEL PIPE PILE WITH PROTRUSION ON INNER SURFACE, CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR STEEL PIPE PILE, AND STEEL PIPE PILE WITH PROTRUSION ON INNER SURFACE
To enable a protrusion to be easily provided in an arbitrary position on an inner surface of a steel pipe after a foundation pile is driven on site, without the need for a hot-rolling step and a welding step.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a steel pipe pile with a protrusion on an inner surface includes the following steps of: forming a recessed groove part 21a on an inner surface 2a of a steel pipe 2 by extending the steel pipe 2 to the outside from the inside in a pipe diameter direction by incremental forming; and attaching a protrusion member 4 to the recessed groove part 21a. After the steel pipe 2 is extended to the outside from the inside by the incremental forming, the protrusion member 4 is attached to the inner surface 2a of the steel pipe 2 by press working.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱延工程や溶接工程を必要とせずに、現場における基礎杭の打設後に鋼管内面の任意の位置に容易に突起を設けることができる。【解決手段】鋼管2をインクリメンタルフォーミングにより管径方向の内側から外側に押し広げることで、鋼管2の内面2aに凹溝部21aを形成する工程と、凹溝部21aに突起部材4を取り付ける工程と、を有し、鋼管2をインクリメンタルフォーミングにより内側から外側に押し広げた後に、鋼管2の内面2aに突起部材4をプレス加工により取り付けるようにしたことを特徴とする内面突起付き鋼管杭の製造方法を提供する。【選択図】図1
