ROOF MATERIAL FOR REPAIR OF EXISTING ROOF
To avoid a degradation of drainage performance due to a lack of a drain hole even when a roof material for repair constructed by covering an existing roof material in a thin plate shape constructed overlapped in a stair shape in an eaves ridge direction is cut along its short side to adjust a length in a girder direction.SOLUTION: The roof material for repair 500 is integrally formed with a ridge side insertion part 130, a decorative face part 110 and an eaves side folding part 120, and a drainage hole 140 is formed across a corner part between a vertical part 126 and an eaves side insertion part 124 at the eaves side folding part 120. For the drainage hole 140, a working width of the roof material for repair 500 is an integral multiple of the working width of an existing roof material (a decorative slate 1000), the drainage hole 140 is formed at both sides of a position of each of the working widths of the existing roof material, at least within 100 mm from the position of each of the working widths and within 100 mm from both edges of the roof material for repair 500.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】軒棟方向に階段状に重ねられて施工された薄板形状の既設屋根材を覆って施工される改修用屋根材をその短辺に沿って切断して桁方向の長さを調整する場合であっても、水抜き孔がないことに起因する排水性能の低下を招かない。【解決手段】改修用屋根材500は、棟側差し込み部130と化粧面部110と軒側折り返し部120とが一体的に形成され、軒側折り返し部120における垂直部126と軒側差し込み部124との角部に跨って水抜き孔140が形成されている。この水抜き孔140は、改修用屋根材500の働き幅は、既設屋根材(化粧スレート1000)の働き幅の整数倍であり、水抜き孔140は、既設屋根材の働き幅毎の位置の両側でかつこの働き幅毎の位置から100mm以内に少なくとも形成されるとともに、改修用屋根材500の両端縁から100mm以内に形成されている。【選択図】図7
