To provide a control system and a control method of a working vehicle, and the working vehicle allowing banking work to be efficiently completed in a good finished quality through automatic control.SOLUTION: A control system of a working vehicle is provided with a current topography acquiring device, a storage device, a soil volume acquiring device, and a controller. The current topography acquiring device is configured to acquire current topography information showing a current topography of a working object place. The storage device is configured to store a designed topography information showing a target topography of the working object place. The soil volume acquiring device is configured to generate a soil volume signal showing held soil volume on the working vehicle. The controller is configured to acquire the current topography information from the current topography acquiring device. The controller is configured to acquire the designed topography information from the storage device. The controller is configured to generate a command signal to move the working vehicle by a predetermined distance to an upper position from the current topography between the current topography and a final designed topography. The controller is configured to change the predetermined distance according to the held soil volume by acquiring the soil volume signal from the soil volume acquiring device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
