To provide a slide vibration isolation device which can exert sufficient vibration control performance with respect to both a level-2 earthquake motion and a level-3 earthquake motion without causing the enlargement of a scale of a spherical slide device while being immovable with respect to a small horizontal load such as a wind load, and a vibration isolation pivot structure having the vibration isolation device.SOLUTION: A slide vibration isolation device 50 is constituted in a form that a spherical slide device 10 is movably placed on a plane slide device 20, and a vibration isolation pivot structure 90 is constituted in a form that the slide vibration isolation device 50 is arranged between an upper structure 70 and a lower structure 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
