PANEL LOADING RACK AND PANEL CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a panel-loading rack and a panel construction method capable of efficiently performing loading, transportation, and lifting work of a building panel.SOLUTION: A panel-loading rack 1 is used for horizontally loading a building panel 2 and horizontally lifting the loaded building panels 2 toward the building body. A panel construction method includes: a panel-loading step for loading a building panel 2 on a panel-loading rack 1; a panel lifting step for attaching a part of a lifting device L to a rack lifting hole of the panel-loading rack 1 and lifting the panel toward a building body; a panel installation step for installing the building panel 2 as it is in a prescribed part of a building body; and a panel removal step for removing the building panel 2 from the panel-loading rack 1. In the panel-loading step, the building panel 2 is held by a panel holding member 30 in a state where a gap is formed between the building panel 2 and a panel receiving member 10 in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】建築用パネルの積載、運搬、吊り上げ作業を効率良く行うことが可能なパネル積載ラック及びパネル施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】パネル積載ラック１は、建築用パネル２を水平に積載し、積載された建築用パネル２を建物本体に向かって水平に吊り上げる際に用いられる。パネル施工方法は、パネル積載ラック１に建築用パネル２を積載するパネル積載工程と、パネル積載ラック１のラック吊り上げ穴に吊り上げ装置Ｌの一部を取り付けて、建物本体に向かって吊り上げるパネル吊り上げ工程と、建物本体の所定部位に建築用パネル２をそのまま設置するパネル設置工程と、建築用パネル２をパネル積載ラック１から取り外すパネル取り外し工程と、を備えている。パネル積載工程では、パネル保持部材３０によって建築用パネル２とパネル受け部材１０の上下方向の間に隙間を形成した状態で建築用パネル２を保持させる。【選択図】図４
