To provide a pile support structure capable of stopping the progress of a vehicle in a short distance while suppressing an impact given to an occupant in the vehicle.SOLUTION: A pile support structure for erecting piles on a ground surface includes: a support part installed in the ground to support a lower end of the pile; and a resin buffer part destroyed when an impact is applied to the pile. The support part includes: a cylindrical body that surrounds the lower end of the pile; and a large diameter part provided on an upper end side of the body and having a diameter larger than that of the body. The buffer part is a cylindrical member arranged around the body on the lower side of the large diameter part. An outer diameter of the buffer part is constant over the entire axial direction or an outer diameter of a lower end side of the buffer part is larger than an outer diameter of an upper end side of the buffer part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
