To enable post-processing in a case of loss of a key in a luggage storage device to be performed without much effort.SOLUTION: A holding section 101 is equipped with an opening/closing portion to hold a luggage. A luggage storage device 100 includes a plurality of the holding sections 101. An IC card reader 102 reads a card number and user information that are stored in the IC card. An authentication section 114 receives the card number and user information, performs authentication by comparing the received user information with client information and comparing the received card number with the card information, and transmits authentication information including holding section information. A locking mechanism 104 receives the authentication information and switches between locked and unlocked states of the opening/closing portion of the holding section 101 identified by the holding section information included in the authentication information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】荷物預かり装置における鍵を紛失した場合の後処理が、多くの手間をかけることなく実施できるようにする。【解決手段】保持部１０１は、開閉部を備えて荷物を保持する。荷物預かり装置１００は、保持部１０１を複数備える。ＩＣカードリーダ１０２は、ＩＣカードに記憶されているカード番号および使用者情報を読み取る。認証部１１４は、カード番号および使用者情報を受信して、受信した使用者情報と利用者情報との比較および受信したカード番号とカード情報との比較により認証を行ない、保持部情報を含む認証情報を送信する。施錠機構１０４は、認証情報を受信し、認証情報に含まれる保持部情報で識別される保持部１０１の開閉部の施錠状態と解錠状態とを切り替える。【選択図】 図１
