To provide a grounding wire mounting plate and grounding wire connection structure that can inhibit the accumulation of dust and dirt at a connection portion between a main column material of a steel tower and a steel tower foundation.SOLUTION: The grounding wire mounting plate includes: a grounding wire connection portion that is connected to at least one or more grounding wires; and a connection portion that connects the ground wire connection portion to a main column material of a steel tower. The connection portion extends in a direction along the top surface of a tower foundation to which the main column material is fixed. The ground wire connection portion is located outside the outer edge of the tower foundation when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the top surface of the tower foundation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
