To provide a blast-furnace slag aqueous solution that is a new binder exhibiting performance of an aqueous organic resin and performance of an inorganic alumina slag, which enables providing of new aqueous solution.SOLUTION: A calcium aluminate-based filler is composed of an aqueous blast-furnace slag liquid A obtained by adding a blocking material to a blast-furnace slag and blocking hydration reaction, and a curing agent (hydraulic reaction initiator) B for releasing the blocking material for blocking the hydration reaction of the aqueous blast-furnace slag liquid and promoting the hydraulic reaction, in which a mixed liquid of the A and the B is stored and stored in the container.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明の高炉スラグ水溶液は、水性有機樹脂の性能と無機高炉スラグの性能を出す新しいバインダーとなったのであり、このようなこれまでにない水溶液を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】Ａ．高炉スラグにブロッキング材を添加し、水和反応をブロックした水性高炉スラグ液Ｂ．前記水性高炉スラグ液の水和反応をブロックしているブロッキング材を解除し、水和反応を促進する硬化剤（水硬反応開始剤）からなり、ＡおよびＢの混合液を容器内に収納して密封したことを特徴とするカルシウムアルミネート系充填材。【選択図】なし
