To provide a container outflow prevention device capable of simply and effectively preventing an outflow due to sea level rise by a tsunami etc. regardless of its water level and outflow direction without fixing a group of containers to be loaded individually to a rope-like article etc.SOLUTION: Among a plurality of empty containers 20 whose end portions in a longer direction are disposed to be arranged in an annular shape so as to surround a periphery of a group 1 of loaded containers and which float up due to a sea level rise, the end portions in the longer direction of the empty containers 20 adjacent to each other are horizontally connected by horizontal connection ropes 23, 24. The other ends of vertical connection ropes whose one end is respectively connected with a plurality of places of a lower face of each empty container 20 with an installation interval of substantially the same interval in the longer direction are connected with a plurality of support tools installed with substantially the same interval as the installation interval of one ends of the vertical connection ropes. Further, the installation intervals of one end of each vertical connection rope and each support tool are set to be smaller than height and width dimensions of an end portion of each container 10 to be loaded of the group 1 of containers to be loaded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】積込コンテナ群を個々に索状物などにより固定することなく、津波などによる海面上昇に伴う流出を、その水位や流出方向にかかわらず簡単かつ効果的に防止することができるコンテナ流出防止装置を提供する。【解決手段】積込コンテナ群1の周囲を囲むように長手方向の端部同士を環状に並べて配置した海面上昇に伴い浮上する複数の空コンテナ20のうちの互いに相隣なる空コンテナ20の長手方向の端部同士を横連結索23,24により横方向に連結するとともに、各空コンテナ20の下面の長手方向略等間隔置きの設置間隔で複数箇所にそれぞれ一端を連結した縦連結索の他端を、当該縦連結索の一端の設置間隔とほぼ同じ間隔で設置した複数の支持具に連結する。更に、各縦連結索の一端及び各支持具の設置間隔を、積込コンテナ群1の各積込コンテナ10の端部の高さ及び幅の寸法よりも小さくなるように設定している。【選択図】図1
