CONNECTING DEVICE FOR CONCRETE MEMBERS
To provide a connecting device for a concrete member capable of reducing the manufacturing cost of a male locking member while securing strength against shearing load.SOLUTION: A connecting device for a concrete member is provided with a female connecting member 1 having a female locking member 12 and a male connecting member 2 having a male locking member 23; a locking hole 12c is formed inside the female locking member 12; the male locking member 23 is inserted into the locking hole 12c, so that the locking hole 12c is expanded in diameter and then the locking hole 12c is contracted in diameter; a locking part 12b of the female locking member and a locking part 23b of the male locking member are engaged with each other; the male connecting member 2 is equipped with a connecting body 22 having a hollow part with an opening at the end, a female screw 22b is engraved on the inner wall of the hollow part of the connecting body 22, a base part 25 is provided at the back side from the locking part 23b, and a male screw 23a is engraved at the back part from the base part 25 to screw with the female screw 22b of the connecting body 22; the outer diameter of the base part 25 is formed larger than those of the locking part 23b and the male screw 23a, and the deep side part of the base part 25 is positioned deeper than one concrete member side surface 35a of the other concrete member 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】剪断荷重に対する強度を確保しつつ、雄型係止部材の製造コストを低減したコンクリート部材の連結装置を提案する。【解決手段】雌型係止部材12を有する雌型連結部材1と雄型係止部材23を有する雄型連結部材2を有し、雌型係止部材12の内側に係止穴12cを形成し、雄型係止部材23を係止穴12cに挿入することにより、係止穴12cが拡径した後に係止穴12cが縮径し、雌型係止部材の係止部12bと、雄型係止部材の係止部23bとが噛合するようにし、雄型連結部材2は、先部が開口する中空部を有する連結体22を備え、連結体22の中空部内壁には雌ねじ22bが刻設され、係止部23bより奥側に基部25を設け、基部25より奥部には、連結体22の雌ねじ22bと螺合する雄ねじ23aを刻設し、基部25の外径は、係止部23b及び雄ねじ23aの外径より大きく形成し、基部25の奥側部は、他方のコンクリート部材35における一方のコンクリート部材側面35aより、奥側に位置する。【選択図】 図1
