    To provide a road pavement composition and a compact that can suppress the fluidization of asphalt and improve the adhesive strength between asphalt and aggregate.SOLUTION: In a road pavement composition, an asphalt composition containing at least one kind of resin particles 2 in the asphalt and the aggregate are kneaded, a surface of the resin particles 2 is coated with fine fibers 1 to form fine fibers/resin composite particles 10, and the asphalt composition is obtained by adding 0.01 to 30 parts by mass of the fine fibers/resin composite particles 10 to 100 parts by mass of the asphalt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
