To provide a toilet device and a toilet system, that can more accurately detect clogging of a toilet bowl.SOLUTION: The toilet device comprises: a detection part that detects whether or not a water level in a bowl part of the toilet bowl is lower than a full water level and higher than a sealed water level; and a determination part that determines a clogged state of the toilet bowl based on a detection result of the detection part, wherein the detection part is a part different from the bowl part, and detects whether or not the water level in the bowl part is lower than the full water level and higher than the sealed water level through the water level of a water level changing part by detecting the water level of the water level changing part that changes the water level in conjunction with the water level in the bowl part of the toilet bowl.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】大便器の詰まりをより正確に検知可能なトイレ装置及びトイレシステムを提供する。【解決手段】大便器のボウル部内の水位が満水位よりも低く且つ封水位よりも高い位置にあるか否かを検知する検知部と、前記検知部の検知結果に基づいて、前記大便器の詰まり状態を判定する判定部と、を備え、前記検知部は、前記ボウル部とは異なる部位であって、前記大便器の前記ボウル部内の水位と連動して水位を変化させる水位変化部の水位を検知することにより、前記水位変化部の水位を介して、前記ボウル部内の水位が前記満水位よりも低く且つ前記封水位よりも高い位置にあるか否かを検知することを特徴とするトイレ装置である。【選択図】図１
