【課題】吸引経路の詰まりや排泄物の付着を抑制し、吸引ホースの洗浄等を容易化すること。【解決手段】排泄物処理装置１０は、肛門１１Ａ及び尿道口１１Ｂを含む排泄箇所を覆うカップ２１を備え、カップ２１に設けられる吸引口３３には、この吸引口３３を通過する排泄物を粉砕する粉砕部として機能する刃体３３Ａ，３３Ｂ及び３３Ｃが設けられている。【選択図】図９
